Return policy

In case of return or exchange:

  • Customer have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man
  • If the product received is damaged or if it’s not the item ordered please take a photo as a proof of disapproval  and send it to help line number(01841543946) through WhatsApp ,Viber ,WeChat or send us an email at info@kidzio.com.bd. This will create a transparency between customers and kidzio.com.bd.

Return will be made in two stages:

  1. In case the customer rejects, where the customer refuses to collect the product at delivery THE SECOND PARTY will return the products to first party it will be treated as a failed delivery and returned within 48 hours .The SECOND PARTY will notify the FIRST PARTY as soon as the product has been rejected over email or text message to get the products ready .The ordered products will be replaced in 72 hours .
  2. In case of customer returns, where the customer accepts the product, but later returns; THE SECOND PARTY will check the products condition and if it fulfills THE FIRST PARTY’S return condition, THE SECOND PARTY will send the product back to THE FIRST PARTY or inventoried as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

You can return the Products if:  

  • The product is defected.
  • The product is physically damaged
  • The Product is different from description on the website
  • Size or fit issue

You cannot return the products when the

  • Item have been worn or washed
  • Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items. You have to return the entire set.
  • Items should be unused, unaltered and unsoiled.
  • The product must have the original tag on it and receipt.
  • Kidzio will confirm the return request and pickup process.

Please ensure that Products are in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the rejected products.

Please note that you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving a faulty or damaged Product, so that the needful process can be executed.
